WHEN CAN I USE THE FACILITIES?
Our two private dining rooms are available for luncheons Monday through Sunday beginning at 11:30 am and evening functions beginning at 4:00pm.
IS THERE A CHARGE TO USE THE SPACE?
There is no charge to use the space if the minimum expenditure is met. All room minimums are based on food and beverage exclusive of taxes and gratuity. Final charges are based on food and beverage sales plus a 15% gratuity and applicable taxes.

NOTE: To secure privacy for your function, the above minimums must be met.
IS THERE A BAR IN THE ROOM?
There is no bar in the room, however our staff will provide full cocktail service for your guests.
CAN I BRING MY OWN WINE INTO THE RESTAURANT FOR MY EVENT?
An additional charge of $18.00 corkage fee per bottle will be added to your bill.
HOW IS THE MENU CREATED FOR MY FUNCTION?
All event menus are pre-set based on current restaurant selections by our “Red Seal” Chef Sean Lemmon. Menus can also be tailored to dietary needs if requested. Lunch, dinner and hors d’oeuvres party menus are available for all events.
IF I HAVE MORE/LESS GUESTS THAN PLANNED ON THE DAY OF MY FUNCTION, HOW AM I BILLED?
The guaranteed number of guests attending the function is required 24 hours in advance of the function. Unless we are notified of a guest count revision the number originally contacted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or actual attendance; whichever is greater. On Friday & Saturday Evenings should you want privacy with a smaller amount of guests please be aware a $1000 food minimum for the Nash Room is required and $1500 food minimum for the Kent Room is required before tax.
CAN I HOLD A MEETING IN THE PRIVATE ROOM?
Absolutely, however please keep in mind that although the room is private, it is not completely soundproof and the minimum expenditure has to be met.

DO YOU SUPPLY AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT?
If you need audio-visual equipment, we have the requirements to suit your needs. Our Nash Room features a 46” LCD Flat Screen which has a plug in for laptop computers. The Kent Room has no audio-visual equipment but large projector screen is available upon request. The Brock House does not have microphones or projector equipment.
WHAT ITEMS DOES THE BROCK HOUSE SUPPLY?
We print personalized group menus for each of your guests. The Brock House will also arrange for linen table clothes, napkins and chair coverings adding the charges to your final bill. If designated seating is required, please provide your own place cards.
CAN I BRING IN DECORATIONS FOR MY PARTY?
Decorations are welcomed into the restaurant, such as balloons, candles or floral arrangements for the table. Please no wall attachments, no confetti.
DO YOU ALLOW CAKES INTO THE RESTAURANT?
You are able to bring a cake into the restaurant, however our menus have been designed to feature our house made desserts. Should you want to bring in your own cake, please be aware dessert will still be served as the menu states.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR LINENS & CHAIR COVERINGS?
Linens can be ordered through the restaurant at the following cost.

HOW MUCH GRATUITY SHOULD MY PARTY LEAVE?
For parties of 20 or more gratuity of 15% before tax will be automatically be added to your group’s bill. If you find the service and food exceptional, please feel free to leave a greater tip for our servers.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
No deposit is not required, however a credit card number will be taken on the day of your booking. Your credit card information will be held on file until the day of your party.
IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?
You must cancel within 2 weeks in advance. In the event your function is cancelled within less than 2 weeks notice, your credit card will be charged for the initial room charge $250 for the Nash Room and $500 for the Kent Room.
HOW CAN THE TABLES BE ARRANGED IN YOUR PRIVATE ROOMS?
NASH ROOM TABLE SET UPS:
- BOARD ROOM STYLE – Can accommodate 20-seated guests at most. A smaller version of this style can also be accommodated if requested.
- U SHAPE – Can accommodate 34-seated guests at most. Tables will be arranged in large U Shape with guests sitting on the inside and outside of the U.
- OPEN BOARD ROOM STYLE – Can accommodate 24 guests. Tables will be arranged in a large boardroom style with an opening in the middle.
- AS IS LAYOUT – Great for mix and mingling with guests. Nash Room can be left as is and can accommodate 40 people. (1 Table of 8, 2 Tables of 6, 6 Tables of 4)
KENT ROOM TABLE SET UPS:
- OFF THE WINDOW SET UP – Can accommodate 56-58 seated guests at most.
- LARGE TABLE SET UP – Can accommodate 54-seated guests at most. Tables will be arranged in large tables down the centre of the Kent Room.
- AS IS LAYOUT – Great for mix and mingling with guests. Kent Room can be left as is and can accommodate 58-60 people.
